Club 125 was acquired in August 2021 through FDI investment and forms a key part of our commercial office portfolio. Spanning 415,000 sq. ft., the asset is strategically located in Sector 125, Noida, along the Noida Expressway - a prominent corporate hub known for excellent connectivity, strong tenant appeal, and close accessibility to Delhi. The location offers long-term growth potential supported by superior infrastructure and seamless regional connectivity.


Stellar Okas 1425
Stellar Okas 142 was under our Asset Management mandate from January 2022 to April 2024. When we took over, the asset was operating at an occupancy of just 4%. Through focused leasing and asset management strategies, we successfully repositioned the property and secured marquee tenants including British Airways, Renesas, and LG.
Spanning 400,000 sq. ft. and located in Sector 142, Noida along the Noida Expressway, the asset benefits from robust infrastructure and seamless connectivity to Delhi and the upcoming Noida International Airport, supporting long-term value creation.
Radiance
Radiance is under our Design and Asset Management mandate starting July 2024. Envisioned as a 1.0–1.2 million sq. ft. Grade-A commercial development, the project is located in Sector 74, Gurgaon, a rapidly evolving corporate hub with excellent connectivity to key Gurgaon districts and major Delhi access routes.
We are working with the renowned international design architect Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) to develop the concept design and complete the full design package, ensuring Radiance is positioned as a best-in-class commercial development with high occupier appeal and long-term value potential.
