In August 2021, YGR, together with DMI Alternatives and Stellar Group, took a bold step into Delhi’s commercial real estate scene by acquiring a 415,000 sq. ft. property known as Prius Global / Prius Universal. While many would see it as just another office asset, YGR saw a story waiting to be rewritten.
As both a co-investor and the asset manager, YGR rolled up its sleeves and began a strategic transformation.
